Workshops & Retreats
Workshops are fun, relaxing ways to gain and practice new skills in a low intensity, friendly, accepting environment. We learn in small increments so that you never feel overwhelmed or stressed. You learn with others and have a chance to try out your new skills among others who also feel socially anxious at times.
We hold a variety of small group live and online programs each year, where you can learn at your own pace, yet be challenged just enought to help you make consistent progress.
Workshops provide the opportunity for in-person learning, and practice. Typically our workshops are 2 to 3 days long or are held on a series of evenings.
We also now have online workshops on basic and advanced topics.
Retreats are held on location over 5 to 10 days. Retreats are held in a location that is fun, interesting, exotic, or serene as a destination. Education is combined with time off to explore.
