Creating an Authentic Community

One of our goals is to create a safe, comfortable, connected community. A place where you can relax, develop connections with others, grow to love yourself, provide support for others, and learn together with others who understand just what you are going through.

All of our workshops and retreats are designed to remove the tension and stress surrounding social interactions.

We respect and support one another, using positive feedback and gentle, fun instruction methods.

You are in control of your own learning.

You never have to do anything you don't want to do in any of our social confidence programs. For example, you never have to even speak if you don't feel comfortable, you don't have to "go around the table and introduce yourself", or any of the usual rituals that are often very stress inducing for people with social anxiety.

You will however gradually become more comfortable with such things, and quite possibly even start to look forward to doing them.

Everyone learns at their own pace, we respect that and design our courses around that principle.

We help each other learn. We each have wisdom to share. We are here to help each other.

Our workshops and retreats create lasting connections between those who attend them. We encourage you to stay in touch and create regular events within our little community for participants to get together again and to stay in touch as friends.

We believe that people who suffer from social anxiety are some of the kindest, thoughtful, interesting, intelligent people in the world. These are the people who can create a respectful society that is built upon true human connection and mutual support.
